Pre-Order Policy

At BYPOKE, we offer pre-order products to allow customers to reserve upcoming releases, limited items, and collectible products before they become available. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all pre-order purchases.

By placing a pre-order with BYPOKE, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase made for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment.

Pre-order items may include:

  • Upcoming collectible releases

  • Limited edition products

  • Trading card products

  • Special promotional items

  • Other items marked as "Pre-Order" on our website

Pre-order availability is limited and may depend on manufacturer supply.

2. Pre-Order Payment

When placing a pre-order with BYPOKE:

  • Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

  • Your payment method will be charged when the order is confirmed.

  • Payment confirms your reservation of the product.

  • Your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item becomes available.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize BYPOKE to process the payment for the reserved item.

3. Estimated Release and Shipping Dates

Pre-order release dates are estimates provided based on information available from suppliers or manufacturers.

Please note:

  • Release dates may change without notice.

  • Manufacturing delays, supply issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances may affect availability.

  • BYPOKE is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.

Once the product becomes available, orders will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

4. Pre-Order Items and Regular Items

If your order contains both:

  • Pre-order items

  • In-stock items

BYPOKE may ship products separately.

Depending on availability:

  • In-stock items may ship immediately.

  • Pre-order items will ship once they are released.

Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments where applicable.

5. Pre-Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the product enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

If a pre-order cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear.

If BYPOKE is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances such as supplier cancellation or unavailable inventory, customers will receive a refund.

7. Product Availability Changes

Although we work closely with suppliers, pre-order availability may be affected by:

  • Manufacturer production changes

  • Inventory limitations

  • Supplier delays

  • Product discontinuation

If a pre-order product becomes unavailable, BYPOKE will notify affected customers and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Price Changes

The price displayed at the time of pre-order purchase is the price you agree to pay.

BYPOKE reserves the right to adjust prices for future orders, but confirmed pre-orders will generally remain at the original purchase price unless otherwise required by law or supplier conditions.

9. Collectible Product Conditions

For pre-ordered collectible items:

  • Packaging and product designs may vary from promotional images.

  • Manufacturer changes may occur before release.

  • BYPOKE cannot guarantee collectible market value, rarity, or future resale value.

  • Products should be purchased for collecting enjoyment rather than investment purposes.

10. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing a pre-order.

If your shipping address changes before shipment, contact BYPOKE as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
